Kalatungan, also known as Catatungan, is a dominantly basaltic edifice that forms a broad east-west trending volcanic ridge in central Mindanao east of Lake Lanao. It was listed as "potentially active" (with possible Holocene activity) by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (2004-), but no dated eruptions are known.
