The poorly known Latukan volcano is in NW Mindanao SE of Lake Lanao just SW of Ragang volcano. The Makaturing volcano in the Butig Mountains is to the W. Though listed as an active volcano in the Catalog of Active Volcanoes of the World (Neumann van Padang, 1953), the age of its most recent eruptions is not known and PHIVOLCS lists it as an "inactive" volcano.
